KICKZSOCCER: COVID 19> PLAYER SAFETY GUIDELINES & PROTOCOLS
Safety Protocols
Players will not be permitted to attend if he/she is showing signs of; Flu-Like symptoms, cough, shortness of breath or fever upon arrival.
Players will also not be permitted to attend. If a family member is showing any signs of the above symptons for a 14-day period.
If a family member was diagnosed with COVID-19, players will be required to complete a 14-day quarantine period.
Physical contact (hand-shaking, embracing, high fives etc) between participants will not be permitted during activity.
Players will not be permitted to share any food, drinks, snacks or personal equipment during the Camp day. No exceptions!
Players will be placed in groups of up-to 10 players (max) with the same participants & instructor for the duration of the camp/program.
Bathroom facilities will be available at the field with Faucets and/or Hand Sanitizer to ensure player hygiene during camps/programs.
Player Medication & Valuables to be marked upon daily arrival.
Players must complete a temperature check and COVID Q&A weekly.
Player Procedures
Spitting or drinks will be permitted on playing field at any time.
Players are encouraged to wash hands thoroughly before arrival and maintain hygiene throughout the program.
Players will be discouraged from touching any training equipment such as balls, goals and cones with their “hands” during activity.
Players will be encouraged to use their home bathroom before arrival to field in an effort to minimize bathroom use at the fields.
Players will not be permitted to Head the ball during activity.
Players to leave immediately at the conclusion of each program.
Players are encouraged to wear masks and/or gloves (optional) during on field activity as per CDC guidelines and recommendations.
Player face masks rules may be subject to change during the program based on each respective indoor facility rules and procedures.
Parent Procedures
Parents are responsible for sharing these guidelines to their players prior to commencement of their respective program.
Car-pooling of players to and from the fields will not be permitted; Only children from your household are to be transported together.
Parents are not permitted on the fields of play during activity.
Parents are advised to remain in their cars after drop off and pick up
Parents of younger players may observe activity at a distance (outdoor) or at a designated viewing area (indoor) as permitted by facility.
Parents are not permitted to drop off-players 15minutes+ prior to program start times to limit social interaction prior to field activity.
Parents must be punctual to pick-up at the end of camp/practice to limit social interaction following field activity..
Parents must be familiar with daily check-in/out procedures.
Parents will be required to complete a player waiver for each participant and/or each event. See below for Player Waiver Form.
